Can I choose different shipping options?
Yes, you can either choose tracked or untracked shipping, both for domestic and international parcels.
If you chose untracked shipping we do not offer refunds for parcels lost in the post. When shopping larger quantities we therefore recommend you choose tracked shipping.
There's a problem with my order, can I return it?
If there's a problem with your order - ie. the yarn you received isn't what you ordered or it's faulty, please get in touch on email@example.com
I've changed my mind, can I return my yarn?
If you change your mind, you can return your yarn. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact us and inform us that you'd like to return your order / part of your order. Unless there is a fault with your order, the return postage is your responsibility - please obtain proof of postage.
Yarn must be returned in it's original condition - ie. not wound into a ball, or smelling of smoke. If the yarn isn't in a saleable condition it cannot be refunded.
Items from outside of Norway must be clearly marked with 'returned merchandise' on the customs form, so as not to result in customs charges when it arrives back in Norway.
If your customs form is marked incorrectly, we are unable to pay customs charges for returned parcels and Posten will return your parcel to you.
For international orders -
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their country. Fabel Knitwear is not responsible for delays due to customs.
We can not mark an international parcel as a gift, as avoiding customs is illegal.
Payment methods include Paypal and Credit Cards.
