I try my very best to show the colours as true to what they're like in real life, but note colours vary from screen to screen, so your screen may show a colour differently than my screen.
--Superwash wool is machine washable. I recommend using a wool/delicates cycle and laying flat to dry. However, a handwash is always best, both for your garments life and the environment.
Some colour bleeding may occur for the first few washes, so beware.

A note about my yarn hand dyed yarn:Unless listed in the "Ulykkesfugl" section, all my colourways are repeatable. However - no two skeins are identical, and are dyed either individually or in pairs.
All yarn is from a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
The superwash process happens under very strict enforcement, and is highly regulated to make sure any by-products are removed from the water before it is discharged into the water systems.

Can I choose different shipping options?
Yes, you can either choose tracked or untracked shipping, both for domestic and international parcels.
If you chose untracked shipping we do not offer refunds for parcels lost in the post. When shopping larger quantities we therefore recommend you choose tracked shipping.There's a problem with my order, can I return it?

I've changed my mind, can I return my yarn?
If you change your mind, you can return your yarn. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact us and inform us that you'd like to return your order / part of your order. Unless there is a fault with your order, the return postage is your responsibility - please obtain proof of postage.
Yarn must be returned in it's original packaging, in it's original condition - ie. not wound into a ball, or smelling of smoke. If the yarn isn't in a saleable condition it cannot be refunded and will be returned to you.
Items from outside of Norway must be clearly marked with 'returned merchandise' on the customs form, so as not to result in customs charges when it arrives back in Norway.
If your customs form is marked incorrectly, we are unable to pay customs charges for returned parcels and Posten will return your parcel to you.
For international orders -Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their country. Fabel Knitwear is not responsible for delays due to customs.
We can not mark an international parcel as a gift, as avoiding customs is illegal. Sorry!
